  • won a case where delay in treating carcinoma of the thumb led to amputation being necessary
  • dealt with a claim for a personal representative whose father died following an RTA where the defendant failed to recognize significant thoracic aortic injury

In addition to the department recommendations, partners Peter Clark, and Belinda Lancaster are individually recommended for their personal injury work, whilst Peter Clark and solicitors, Carol Simpson and Nikki Yavari are recommended for their clinical negligence work.  Partner, Bradie Pell and solicitors Nicola Cancellara and Rachel Read-Hill are personally recommended for their family law work.

Managing partner, Peter Clark, says

“Congratulations to everyone at Graysons for their help in achieving the firm’s recommendation this year, and to all those who have been individually recommended.  Achieving the Legal 500 accolade again this year is testament to the expertise of our lawyers and to the high quality of service that we continue to offer.  I’d also like to say thank you to our clients and peers for their fantastic comments, all of which have enabled us to maintain our recommendation in 2020.”
