  • won a case where delay in treating carcinoma of the thumb led to amputation being necessary
  • dealt with a claim for a personal representative whose father died following an RTA where the defendant failed to recognize significant thoracic aortic injury

In addition to the department recommendations, partners Peter Clark, Belinda Lancaster, Mark Fisher and Lucy Flynn are individually recommended for their personal injury work, whilst Peter Clark and solicitors, Carol Simpson and Nikki Yavari are recommended for their clinical negligence work.  Partner, Bradie Pell and solicitors Nicola Cancellara and Rachel Read-Hill are personally recommended for their family law work.
