One hour fixed-fee initial appointment with new clients

We understand that when a relationship breaks down, it is stressful enough, without having to worry about what the legal implications and actions will be and how much it will cost. Speaking to a lawyer at this stage is vital.

At Graysons we offer new clients a fixed-fee one-hour appointment with a specialist family lawyer in which we can discuss individual situations.

This will allow us to give you an overview of the law relating to your case, advise what the next steps can be and what the cost implications will be. We will then write to you, outlining what has been discussed, so that you have a written document to refer to when you are ready to proceed to the next step. The meeting can be in person in any of our offices in Sheffield, Chesterfield or Hathersage (subject to government guidelines in relation to COVID-19) or can be held remotely.

The cost of our fixed-fee one-hour initial appointment for new clients depends upon the level of experience of the lawyer most appropriate for your case. Please contact us for a quote.

If you have specific documents that you require us to review prior to the appointment, please let us know when you make the appointment, and we will discuss any additional charges that may be necessary.
