Anne will be joined by Andy Ramrattan, a senior consultant at Pannells Financial Planning.  Anne will discuss succession planning for your business and how the loss of a business owner can destabilise a business and quickly lead to financial difficulties.  He will discuss how to put a suitable mechanism in place so that existing shareholders can retain ownership of a business.  Andy is an expert in business protection, with over 20 years’ experience of working in the corporate market with some of the largest businesses in the UK.  He has worked with Barclays Wealth and has been a director at BHP.
