Caroline, who graduated from Teesside University with an LLB (Hons) and undertook her Legal Practice Course at The University of Sheffield, qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has specialised in property law ever since.  Dealing with commercial and residential property, Caroline has a wealth of experience in all conveyancing issues, with particular expertise in dealing with development work.  She recently completed the mammoth and complex task of creating the leasehold titles for 167 flats for one developer.

Having worked in South Yorkshire previously for several years, Caroline is well known for her expertise and attention to detail, indeed Graysons WE was particularly keen to bring her back to the firm when the position arose, after she had provided excellent temporary cover in the department just a few years ago.

The recipient of a ‘Good Lawyer Guide’ certificate for outstanding legal practice recently, Caroline is really looking forward to getting her teeth into her new job and working with the excellent property team at Graysons WE – which has already achieved the Law Society’s Quality Conveyancing Accreditation.

When she is not in the office, Caroline likes to spend time taking part in outdoor pursuits with her family and travelling.
