The ‘Business Fives’ event brings together football-loving personnel from varying professions and gives them a chance to get out of the office and make new connections, whilst supporting worthy causes at the same time.
Graysons’ team – Joshua Davies, Alex Smith, Andrew Lee, Ellis Robinson along with two consultants dug out their football boots and took part in the tournament, joining 118 players who played 43 five-a-side matches.
Captained by Joshua – who unfortunately played too hard and fractured a metatarsal in his foot! – the team raised money for Sheffield SANDS – the stillbirth and neo-natal death charity, of which Laura Cowan, head of our private client department is chair.
The event ambassador and guest speaker was former football coach and player, Brian Deane, who scored the first ever goal in the FA Premier League in 1992 when he played for Sheffield United.
If you would like to show your support for the SANDS charity, please contact Laura Cowan.
