Graysons recommended in Legal 500 2024

We are delighted to announce that Graysons has been recommended in The Legal 500 2024.

Our private client, family, personal injury and clinical negligence teams are recommended once again this year following detailed research and interviews carried out with clients and peers by The Legal 500 – the leading guide to law firms and solicitors in the UK and worldwide.

Graysons’ family team is described as being “committed to settling cases without litigation where possible”, with “everything being communicated clearly and efficiently” and its workload including “a range of high-value and complex family law matters”.

One client said: “I couldn’t recommend Graysons Solicitors any higher. Put simply, this firm is brilliant”.

As well as receiving the ‘Recommended Lawyer’ accolade, Bradie Pell, partner and head of Graysons’ family team has achieved the ‘Next Generation Partner’ accolade for the second year.  The Legal 500 describes those given this award as “lawyers with (generally) five years or fewer at partner level, significant recognition from clients and peers in the market, and recent lead roles on multiple matters”.  Bradie is described as being “a breath of fresh air”, “firm, clear and compassionate” and “limiting the emotional and financial cost to reach the best conclusion for my child”.

Family solicitor, Megan Wroe, is also awarded the ‘Recommended Lawyer’ accolade,being described as“simply amazing”.

Our private client team, led by Laura Cowan, is described as offeringan excellent personal service, always contactable. Do what they say they will do on time.”

Laura has achieved ‘Recommended Lawyer’ status and is described as“providing us with an exceptionally high standard of client care and support through the probate process for my late father’s estate”.

Trainee solicitor, Ellie Bowater, and senior private client advisor, Katie Birch, have also been awarded ‘Recommended Lawyer’ status, with Ellie described as being“very approachable, polite and knowledgeable. Did exactly as promised”.

Graysons’ medical negligence team is led by partner, Nikki Yavari, who is described asemploying her considerable experience, which extends to running claims to trial”.  Clients and peers said that the team is “excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful. I enjoy working with them” and “the individuals are all very friendly and helpful and good to work with”.

Nikki receives ‘Recommended Lawyer’ status, as does solicitor, Jessica Battensby (formerly Brown). A comment says “Nikki Yavari and her team never let me down in their knowledge and understanding and always kept me updated every step of the way”.

Our personal injury team is described as “Approachable, friendly, understanding, concerned and caring about the clients”.

Partners, Peter Clark, Jane Cooper and Jonathan West have all achieved ‘Recommended Lawyer’ Status.

Jane Cooper, who leads the personal injury team, is said to have “always gone above and beyond my expectations with outstanding professionalism, knowledge, experience, competency and extreme diligence”.
