Throughout May, Miscarriage Association is asking people to “Bake a Difference” to help raise awareness of the impact of pregnancy loss and to help it to continue to support people. Graysons held a bake sale to raise money for the charity on Monday 13th May 2024 and raised an impressive £548.64!!
We have many clients who have suffered pregnancy loss and sometimes feel alone and don’t know who to talk to and we are trying to raise awareness and bake a difference.
The Miscarriage Association is encouraging people to hold coffee mornings, serve afternoon tea, or bake goodies to sell at work or to friends, not only to signpost people to its services as a means of support but also to raise funds to help it help people through the heartbreak of pregnancy loss.
Whilst often a miscarriage cannot be prevented, there are measures in place to reduce the risk of a miscarriage occurring. If you believe you have received substandard treatment throughout your pregnancy by your GP or other treating clinicians, please do not hesitate to contact our clinical negligence team on 0114 241 9067. You can also find information about obstetrics and gynaecology claims on our website.
If you’ve been affected by miscarriage, molar pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy, contact Miscarriage Association. Further information can be found on the NHS website.
