Teams such as the highly experienced family department, which as one of the largest family teams in the area has continued to offer outstanding client care, creating innovative new services such as its fixed fee divorce package and a specialist service for busy professionals.  With the advantage of offering a more personal service than the national firms, which usually make up the top tier of The Legal 500 rankings, the family department has been rewarded by moving up to the prestigious second tier of the Legal 500 rankings – a highly sought after position in the region.

The firm’s clinical negligence team, led by managing partner, Peter Clark has also retained its listing in this year’s Legal 500.  Peter and his team are specialists in dealing with medical negligence claims.  The firm is a member of AvMA (an independent organisation that promotes better patient safety and justice for people who have been affected by a medical accident) and the team comprises members of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel.  Graysons WE continues to represent medical negligence clients during the recent upheaval to legal aid and litigation funding and will continue to offer the best range of funding available.
