It describes Nikki as:

“Nikki Yavari is capable of handling a variety of clinical negligence cases, including those relating to Erb’s palsy, baby loss and delay in diagnosis. She is often sought out to handle complex and high-value matters.”

Clients and peers have commented:

Nikki is a robust solicitor: discreet, practical and pragmatic, who is known for being clear and straight-talking, providing clients with realistic advice and expectations, without using complex terminology and legal jargon. She is particularly known for her understanding and empathetic way of speaking to clients and ensuring that they are at ease with her.  This, combined with a high success rate in the cases she undertakes, even the most difficult ones, has led to a loyal client following.

Nikki and the clinical negligence team are also recommended in Legal 500 2027.

Nikki also contributes to the community by working with schools and local universities, taking part in careers events and offering work experience through Graysons to encourage young people’s interest and furthering their potential careers and involvement in the litigation process.

Peter Clark, managing partner at Graysons, says:

“I am delighted that Nikki’s hard work is being recognised.  She is an excellent member of Graysons’ team, and, as a partner, contributes not only to the reputation of the clinical negligence team, but the firm as a whole. Chambers’ recognition is well deserved and is another independent validation of her achievements.”
