Katie deals exclusively with residential property work and has handled hundreds of property matters. She handles a range of property work. Typically, around 85% of Katie’s time is spent dealing with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, but she also deals with matters such as:
- lease extensions
- purchase of the freehold reversions
- transfers of equity
- re-mortgages
- adverse possessions
- right to buy
- unregistered land (including the reconstitution of title deeds where deeds have been lost)
- trust deeds (including the registration of legal charges on a property pursuant to divorce proceedings)
- the preparation of various deeds to rectify problems on existing deeds
