Coronavirus / COVID-19 update

Consistent with the Government’s “roadmap” towards relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, we have reviewed our office and client service arrangements.

We continue to operate a COVID safe working environment at our offices and key administration, management and support staff are working from the offices.

Our offices are open to clients and visitors for pre booked COVID safe appointments. These can be arranged where required and in accordance with strictly observed health and safety procedures. Likewise, home visits and out of office appointments can be arranged where necessary and in circumstances where alternative methods of communication are not available or suitable.

Our Solicitors, Executives and Paralegals handling client matters are routinely working from home, with access to the offices on a restricted basis, where necessary and appropriate to deliver client service.

By operating these systems of work for our staff and clients, we are limiting numbers of staff in the offices at any given time and face to face meetings, consistent with Government and Public Health Guidelines.

When working from home, our Solicitors, Executives and Paralegals have telephone, email and video conferencing facilities available to them and have full access to our computer case management systems and can manage client cases accordingly.

Direct dial and email addresses will reach our Solicitors, Executives and Paralegals when working remotely/from home. Clients are encouraged to use these contact arrangements for their own convenience and to assist the person dealing with their case.

We have posted various updates regarding our services and how these can be accessed whilst restrictions are in place. These are detailed in the Coronavirus/COVID-19 menu.

We will continue to publish updates on our website and by way of general email and/or SMS messaging where appropriate and through our social media channels. We are grateful to clients and business colleagues for their understanding and support whilst the Government’s “roadmap” to relaxation of restrictions takes its course. During this period, we will maintain the policies we have put in place in accordance with Government and Public Health Rules and Guidance.

We are doing everything we can to maintain the levels of service we expect to give and are confident that client matters are being dealt with appropriately and effectively.

We will update our arrangements for clients and visitors and our staff as and when the Government reviews its “roadmap” and planned relaxation of restrictions.
