As previously advised, we took the decision to close our receptions and offices to clients and visitors with effect from 5pm Friday 20 March.
Following the Prime Minister’s address to the nation on Monday 23 March, we have taken the further decision to move the majority of our staff to remote working from home.
All our Solicitors, Executives and Para Legals handling client matters are now working from home. They have telephone, email and video conferencing facilities available to them and are able to continue managing clients’ cases.
We presently have a skeleton administration team working in the office to support our colleagues who are working from home and to maintain our essential IT and communication services and accounts operations.
You will be able to contact the person dealing with your case by using existing direct dial telephone numbers and email addresses.
We will continue to review our operational arrangements as the COVID-19 situation develops and as further government and public health directives are issued.
You can still contact us by telephone on 0114 2729184 or by email to [email protected] but we would urge you to use the direct dial numbers and email addresses you have for the person dealing with your case.
We will publish further updates on our website and by way of general email and/or SMS messaging and through our social media channels.
We are sure that clients will continue to understand and support the operational decisions which we have made in line with government and public health directives and we will do everything we can to maintain service levels for our clients.
Thank you for your co-operation.
With best wishes.
