Alison is a conveyancing executive who started her legal career around 24 years ago. Starting as an office junior at a legal practice in Worksop, she progressed to become a secretary in the property department there around 4 years later.  Since this time, Alison has always worked in the area of property law, apart from a few years during which she spent her time living in Turkey.

As time passed, and finding that she really enjoyed the work, Alison became more and more interested in property and conveyancing work.  Her experience and knowledge allowed her to take on more complex work as she progressed to become a conveyancing executive.

Alison deals with the whole range of residential conveyancing and property work.  She particularly enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them through the conveyancing process as quickly and as stress free as possible.

Amy is a conveyancing assistant. Originally from Cumbria, Amy came to Sheffield to study at Sheffield Hallam University, where she obtained a BSc in law and criminology in 2011.

She started her legal career working in the field of industrial disease, but deciding it wasn’t for her, she took up a post at a small legal firm in her home town, dealing with conveyancing work. She really enjoyed the work, finding it particularly exciting and rewarding being able to help people get where they want to be.

Deciding to continue to pursue her career in property law work, Amy joined Graysons when moving back to live in the Sheffield area.

Working closely with our team, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly, Amy is often likely to be the first person you will speak to in our property law department.
