Nicola has practiced law since 2000, specialising in family law. After obtaining her law degree from Sheffield Hallam University, and undertaking her Legal Practice Course in Birmingham, Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2006.

Covering the whole range of family law issues, including divorce, finances, children, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and domestic violence, Nicola has a wealth of expertise and is ideally placed to help people in Chesterfield to deal with family disputes. She has a particular interest in Children Act proceedings.

Nicola (pictured) is a member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme, demonstrating that she has, and will maintain, a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in family law issues.

She is passionate about giving her clients the best possible service; offering a pragmatic and empathetic approach, putting clients at ease and instilling trust and confidence from the beginning. Nicola dedicates herself to securing the best possible result for her clients in a non-adversarial way. Much of her work comes from personal and professional recommendations.

Nicola works very closely with Women’s Aid Chesterfield, where she provides regular legal clinics.
