Family solicitor, Megan Wroe, trainee solicitor, Joshua Davies and private client advisor, Ellie Bowater joined around 20 firms from Sheffield on the 10k walk and raised almost £200.

The walk started at Sheffield Combined Court on West Bar at 5.30 pm on Thursday 16^th June, went through the Botanical Gardens, past Sheffield Children’s Hospital and finished at The Forum on Devonshire Street, where very welcome refreshments were available.

Sheffield Legal Walk 2022 has raised £2,300 for Access to Justice Foundation Yorkshire so far and donations are still coming in.  The Access for Justice Foundation, which organises legal walks around England, helps raise funds for organisations that provide legal advice to those who need help but cannot afford it.

Megan Wroe says: “I am very pleased to have been able to take part in this event.  The weather was perfect for it – not too hot!  It was great to see so many people walking in support of such a good cause. I really enjoyed it.”
