Making a will is the only way you can be sure that your estate will go where you want it to go when you die. It is not difficult, or scary, as some people think, but if you die without having made a will, your estate will be distributed according to the strict rules of intestacy. This means that people who you do not want to inherit your estate – inlcuding the Crown – might actually do so.

During April 2019, Graysons has teamed up with St Luke’s: joining its Will Month. During this time, you can have a basic will drawn up by our experts, free of charge, and we will ask you to make a donation to St Luke’s.
