Graysons retains Legal 500 recommendation in 2017

Graysons is delighted to have retained its Legal 500 recommendation in 2017.

Announced today, 11.10.17, the Legal 500 2017 has recommended Graysons’ medical negligence, personal injury and family law departments.

The recommendation comes as a result of comprehensive research carried out by the Legal 500 into law firms’ strengths and consistenceyof quality of service.  It includes speaking to Graysons’ clients and peers and is testament to the expertise of our lawyers and the quality of our service.

The Legal 500 comments on the firm’s “excellent clinical negligence specialists”, the firm’s “personal injury specialists” and the “extremely professional service and excellent interpersonal skills” of the family law department.

Legal 500 2017 Recommended lawyers

Several of Graysons’ solicitors are personally mentioned in this year’s publication, as ‘recommended lawyers’.

In the medical negligence department, they are:

Peter Clark, “whose track record includes handling inquests into fatal medical accidents”.

Petra Heath, who “always goes the extra mile to provide the best service and secure the best possible outcome for the client”.

Nikki Yavari, who “acted for a 52-year-old who suffered an extravasation injury to his left hand and wrist; liability was disputed, leading to a trial in which Yavari achieved a damages award of £85,000, higher than the estimated value of the claim”.

Lucy Flynn, “who is representing a sheet metal worker who suffered a fractured ankle and shoulder as well as anxiety when a clamp holding a balustrade broke, causing the balustrade to fall and trap him”.
