Lynne is a litigation executive.

With over 10 years’ experience in the personal injury field Lynne has a wealth of experience. She deals with complex public liability claims, such as those for injuries caused by slips and trips, including in places such as pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Lynne’s expertise in this complex area of law undoubtedly comes from her pursuit of a challenge. She has dealt with several unusual cases, such as one where she acted on behalf on an 82 year old man who, still working at his age, sustained a back injury at work! She also helped a lady to win compensation for severe psychological injuries, when the lady developed a fear of going out or being in public, amongst other issues.

Lynne is a real people person and enjoys the interaction with her clients. Her attention to client care is second to none and she is passionate about the client journey, ensuring first class service from beginning to end.

During her career, she has also managed Sheffield Law Society for a couple of years, extending her knowledge and understanding of the legal arena.
