Michelle Flaherty

Michelle studied at Lancashire University and the College of Law in York, and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.

She has worked in many areas of personal injury claims including employer’s liability, public liability and her current area of industrial disease.

Michelle has particular expertise in pursuing compensation claims for Vibration White Finger on behalf of mineworkers, which she has been involved with for many years.
