John Hatfield

John is the partner ultimately responsible for all the non-litigation areas of the practice.

A graduate of Dundee University in Scotland, John converted to English Law and qualified as a solicitor in 1981.

Although he now spends much of his time involved in the management of the practice, John’s particular areas of expertise focus on preparing Wills, giving advice on taxation and estate planning. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

John has always had a particular interest in helping the elderly and those who look after them, and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
