Emma joined the Graysons WE in 2008 and is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of family law including divorce, finances, cohabitation, issues involving children and domestic violence.

Emma has experience of dealing with a wide variety of cases in the local and national, County and Magistrates Courts, as well as providing advice and assistance on cases which progress through mediation.

Emma is a member of resolution, which is a group of specialist family lawyers who follow a code of conduct. The aim is to help clients wherever possible to resolve matters amicably and without the need of attending court. A recent change in Family Law Protocol strongly encourages the use of Mediation or Collaboration in order to reach a fair and hopefully cost effective solution. Emma is working towards becoming an accredited member of Resolution.
